Since entering the travel industry in 1989 and opening her own agency in 2000, Betty has taken many travel courses to increase her knowledge of the travel industry. She attended the Travel Institute and earned her CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) Certificate and completed courses to obtain her MCC (Master Cruise Counselor) Certification from CLIA. Additionally, she is a Certified Tahiti Tiare Agent and Sandals Specialist.

Betty has traveled to many diverse locations throughout the world and been on numerous cruises on many different cruise lines. Her travels have included trips to Tahiti and the South Pacific, Europe, the Galapagos Islands, Egypt, a photo Safari in Africa and a cruise down the Amazon in South America to name but a few. Among the varied destinations she has sent her clients are Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, French Polynesia, various Sandals Resorts and Disneyworld. Rebecca Crovo, ACC
Travel has always been a very important aspect of Rebecca's life. As a young child, she loved traveling with her family on vacations to various locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, England, and Ireland. Rebecca was very excited when her grandmother opened Triumph Travel; a full service travel agency. All through college, she worked in the hospitality industry at a luxury Inn, and in her third year of college, she studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh. After graduating early and spending a couple years in banking, she decided to join the travel industry as an Independent Travel Counselor for Triumph Travel.

Rebecca is now certified as an Accredited Cruise Counselor through Cruise Lines International Association. In addition she has completed numerous educational courses through the following cruise lines and travel companies: RCCL, Celebrity, Disney, Crystal, Regent, Azamara, Cunard, Viking, Sandals, Globus, and many others. She absolutely loves working in the travel industry because it allows her to assist her clients in finding "that unforgettable vacation" that creates lifelong memories. She strives to increase her knowledge through traveling and education in order to become a greater resource for her clients.
