Since entering the travel industry in 1989 and opening her own agency in 2000, Betty has taken many travel courses to increase her knowledge of the travel industry. She attended the Travel Institute and earned her CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) Certificate and completed courses to obtain her MCC (Master Cruise Counselor) Certification from CLIA. Additionally, she is a Certified Tahiti Tiare Agent and Sandals Specialist.

Betty has traveled to many diverse locations throughout the world and been on numerous cruises on many different cruise lines. Her travels have included trips to Tahiti and the South Pacific, Europe, the Galapagos Islands, Egypt, a photo Safari in Africa and a cruise down the Amazon in South America to name but a few. Among the varied destinations she has sent her clients are Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, French Polynesia, various Sandals Resorts and Disneyworld.
